AradaCart Telegram Mini App showing a product catalog and categories

Quick Overview

Product and architecture concept for a Telegram-first B2B commerce platform spanning a Mini App storefront and merchant web dashboard.

Who it serves
Buyers who shop through Telegram, merchants who sell through a web dashboard, and platform administrators who run the SaaS

Architecture

Architecture concept only. No implementation repository, live application, payment integration, Telegram integration, or AWS deployment is presented as complete. Gallery images are product-direction concepts, not screenshots of working software.

The Problem

In markets where Telegram is already how people communicate and discover businesses, asking buyers to download a separate shopping app is friction that does not need to exist. Merchants still need a real dashboard to manage catalog, orders, and payments.

The Solution

AradaCart is designed around three roles: buyers who shop through a Telegram Mini App, merchants who manage their store through a web dashboard, and platform administrators who operate the SaaS itself.

The architecture direction is AWS hosted, covering catalog, orders, payments, inventory, merchant subscriptions, and analytics.

My Contribution

Product planning

Defined a proposed three-role model: buyer, merchant, and platform administrator.

Architecture direction

Mapped a Telegram Mini App storefront alongside a separate merchant web dashboard, with AWS as the intended hosting direction.

Key Features

Telegram Mini App storefront

Planned buyer flow for browsing and ordering without leaving Telegram.

Merchant dashboard

Proposed web-based management of catalog, orders, and store settings.

Catalog and inventory

A shared product-management concept for the buyer and merchant experiences.

Orders and payments

A planned transaction lifecycle for B2B purchases.

Subscriptions

A proposed subscription model for merchant access.

Analytics

Planned reporting to give merchants visibility into store performance.

Engineering Challenges

Splitting one product across two very different surfaces

A Telegram Mini App and a merchant web dashboard have different constraints and different users. Keeping catalog, orders, and inventory consistent across both, from a single architecture, is the core design problem.

What I Learned

Planning for a chat native storefront alongside a traditional dashboard has been a useful exercise in designing one data model that serves genuinely different interfaces well.
